Who I am
My stage name is “Endervan”. I may operate under different brands depending on the projects.
What data do I collect
Analytics
When you visit the page, data such as the IP address, the browser you use, and other browsing activities are collected for statistical purposes. You can turn this off by disabling cookies in your web browser.
Contact
When you send information via Contact form or Newsletter form or mail I use your email address for sending you messages, and your name as an identifier on my Contacts. Only the managers and myself have access to your email addresses. You can use a custom nickname instead of your real name for privacy purposes.
Newsletter
In order to send only useful content, fields in the Newsletter section will be required. I encourage you to fill with the most detailed information. For instance: if you type ‘Mexico city’ as your city of residence, when a show is available on that place, you will be notified. Otherwise your e-mail address would be discarded from that message, keeping info relevant to you.
Comments
The data you post when submitting a comment on any of my channels is retanied according to the specific service provider.
Content from other sites
Some posts may display content from other sites. For example, a YouTube video. The content of other sites behaves as if you were viewing it from the source site, and they may collect information from you or use third-party cookies and may monitor your activity if you have an account on that site, and are logged into it.
Who do I share data with?
I could share your data with companies or people related to the Endervan brand. The data will be only used for that brand and only for activities related and listed here: a) Give you feedback about an inquiry b) Announcements or news about Endervan.
How long do I retain your data
If you leave a comment on any channel, the information will remain published indefinitely until you delete it. Please consult the channel’s site for further information regarding managing your data. I retain the data of the users who register or interact with Endervan, such as name, email, and other information that they provide. These data can be edited at any time by the user.
Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of data usage.
At any time you can make use of your data rights. Send a request through this site and I will take care of it.
Who is your data sent to?
Your comments and data may be saved on my CRM system. Mechanisms are established so that this information cannot be intercepted by third parties, such as SSL certificates, user authentication, and other tools. Some data is sent to Google (Recaptcha) in order to avoid SPAM.
